Our Shipping and Forwarding agency, existing since the Company was formed way back in 1860, encompasses a whole range of services to attend all vessel types: Ocean and River Cruise Ships, Yachts, Tankers, Bulk, general Cargo, Tramps and Navy Ships. In more than 150 years of experience, we have set top quality standards as benchmark in the Industry. We plan resilience and contingency into every area of the operations through cross utilisation and training of staff, best practices and effective and efficient management. We offer the highest level of support and backup to our customers and a 24/7 assistance.

Passengers

We offer complete assistance to the ships calling at the Port of Venice and, through our network of trusted sub-agents, we ensure coverage all along the Italian coastline. Our offices support ships in every operational aspect during their calls as well as before arrival and after departure. We guarantee the maximum precision and accuracy in the preparation of budgets, pro-formas and final disbursement accounts, with long experience in the most utilized web based accounting systems in the Industry such as MXP and IMS.

Cargo

We take care of all logistical and operational aspects to guarantee a permanent contact with owners, charterers, shippers and receivers. We have the expertise to turnaround vessels quickly in order to minimize delays and costs. From our office network we offer a complete ship assistance throughout all Italian Ports.

Navy

We provide husbanding, assistance and support to all kind of navy units calling the Med, offering a complete range of services. Our proven experience and capabilities enable us to fully meet client needs for reliable, low risk, value for money services, with complete cost transparency.

Yachts

We provide shore support and assistance to captains and crew, including berth reservations, clearance and customs formalities, bunkering, itinerary planning, provisions supply, security services and technical service coordination. In cooperation with Bassani Destination Management and Travel Agency we provide the highest quality support for the organization of concierge services, on-board entertainment, event planning, travel reservations.

New Buildings

We assist crew, corporate supervisors, technicians and business partners providing the following services for newbuilding, refitting, dry-dock, classification/PSC operations: hotel and apartment accommodations, travel reservations, long term car rentals, crew welfare organization, Immigration, Customs and administrative formalities, business meetings organization, logistics, provisioning and catering, assistance for loading and stowage operations on heavy lift vessels and/or barges chartered for the project, security, legal representation, medical visits arrangements, emergency medical services.

Forwarding and Logistics

We manage the forwarding activity with the operational support of our office network. We are well established as bulk operators in the port of Venice as well as for pig-iron, agri bulk, general project cargo and containers. In the most recent years we have developed a strong relationship with several key Italian factories taking care of the export of machinery all over the world. Thanks to the long experience and the highly qualified staff including stevedores, forwarders, custom brokers and surveyors, all the clients can be confident that each aspect of the operation is always carefully managed.
